With the beginning or Winter and the colder nights I’ve decided to start a new project whilst waiting for feedback on my latest submission to MX Publishing. I had the idea that there are a lot of Sherlock Holmes’ canon where Sherlock makes brief references to having been involved with the main protagonist before or dealt with a similar case that he names but gives no further details. So I’m developing an anthology of short stories reimagining how Sherlock was previously involved with a protagonist. It’s under the Echoes from 221B theme and provisionally entitled ‘Shadows of the Past’. I’m hoping to write possibly 10 short stories for the first anthology for consideration for publication. I’m aiming for a first draft date of the early New Year.
